Your Business is considered Commercial if you do not sell Arts, Crafts, Gifts or food vending but are registering for
promotional purposes only.   
Exclusives are offered on the basis of  1) First application in your category received,  2) If
indicated on the Schedule, 3) location of the event.  You are strictly limited to one category per application.

Highlight or Circle the event(s) in which you are applying for.  2)  In order to receive the discount fee, your application
must be the first received by the deadline date.   3)  We do not accept personal or business checks after the deadline,
money order only.  4)  There are no refunds due to inclement weather.   5) Faxed applications are not accepted.
 
Review "Rules & Regulations" before applying,  7) We do not give an estimated attendance,  8)  Do not hesitate to
phone or email us, if you have any questions.    If you do not receive your confirmation via postal within 2 weeks of
submission, please contact us.

All events are payable to: the Crafts and Artisans Society

Electric: mandated light bulbs - only "compact florescent" known as Mini-Twist bulbs are accepted. No
overhead or side florescent allowed.  Limited to 4 per tent. NO electric heaters/air conditioners. See
confirmation for further details. Any applications/money orders received after the deadline, will not receive
a postal confirmation
All balances must be  received by the deadline, in order to receive the discount.  After deadline, submit only money
orders accordingly to the after deadline fee calculated.  Make all checks payable to: The Crafts and Artisans Society.  
Checks written to the name of the event will be returned - which will void your application.  

                                                            
 Read Carefully Before Signing

The signed exhibitor(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the 'Crafts and Artisans Society', this and all locations,
managements, owners, operators, sponsors, employees, volunteers and all associated with the named event; others
who occupy any position from any  claims, injuries, damages, loss of actions caused or suffered by the participants
arising out of the activity or participation of the exhibitors connection with this event and any future participation.  
Exhibitor also agrees to save and hold harmless all mentioned a forehand from any and all damages of, or loss to
personal property inclusive of all rental areas for display and effects of the exhibitors stored or used during this and
any event.  These signatures releases sponsors, et all, from any and all financial liability or obligation while
participating in any or all events. Participant also agrees to follow criteria for display, location and rules set forth by
management, either verbally or in writing inclusive of the "Rules for All Events".  Failure to do so, exhibitor will be
required to evict premise with no refund. This wavier also releases to the Crafts and Artisans Society and legal
sponsors associated with this event, the use of photos to be had with no monetary distribution or compensation to the
signed applicant or others; which will be used strictly for future press or advertising purposes. Show hours or locations
are subject to change, pre-registered participants will be notified. Credits, to be determined, will be distributed to
each paid in full participant if show cancellation proceeds and is not associated with weather conditions. No refunds
due to weather cancellation.  Absolutely no refunds for participants cancellation. No alcohol or pets in the selling area.
