Schedule of Events & Fees

SNACKS

All Snacks are limited to one  (1) item, not including drinks. They are considered as: Kettle Korn, Individual corn on the cob, caramel apples, smoothies,

  Italian Ice, Waffle Cones, Lemonade carts, or any Single, Hand Held Food; we will consider requests for snack variations and exclusives.

Complete Food Service

 Various Hot and/or Cold Items or more than one Snack item  - send menu with application.   We do not issue Exclusives for Full Service

The following applies to all:

Insurance

Each event will require personalized, additionally insured. Some may require the cities and both sponsors names and addresses. 

You will NOT be allowed to operate without insurance, no less than $1,000,000 general liability. Once you are accepted, your confirmation letter 

will designate further information.

Electric -- First Come, First Serviced  (if available)

Not all events have electric available, you will be notified with your confirmation if you will receive this commodity. Otherwise, a quiet generator is mandated.

DO NOT plug into surrounding buildings. Bring extension cords and duct tape for electric, IF applicable.

Fees

Personal or Business checks are NOT accepted after the deadline; cashiers check or money order only; balance is due by the deadline otherwise, you will loose your deposit.

All areas are 10 x 10 rentals.  If you need more footage, see application.    Commercial, Carnival type rigs are not welcomed.  Tents or utility trailers, only.

Faxed applications are not accepted

Non-alcoholic drinks may be sold by each vendor, non competitive unless indicated; any changes will be made by phone call to registered applicant.

Food Vendors are not allowed to sell crafts or merchandise from their area.
